How we define efficiency of our ozonators?

Ozone output efficency of OZONIZER ozonators we define based on the ozone electrodes manufacturer's data. Ozone electrodes emit corona discharges and are the heart of our ozone generators.

We use two types of electrodes with nominal capacities of 3.5 and 5 grams of ozone per hour (3.5 g/h and 5 g/h). Given the fact that the performance of an ozonator with this method of ozone production is variable and depends inter alia of oxygenation, humidity, and air temperature our ozonators we design with about 40% performance headroom .

For example, the heart of the Ozonator OZONIZER OZ-5 (with a capacity of 5 g/h) are two electrodes 3.5 g/h a total nominal capacity of 7 g/h. Designed 5 g/h of ozone + 40% reserve = 7g/h.
