Terms of Service of Ozonizer.pl

  1. General rules
    1. Online shop Ozonizer.pl, is conducted by P.U.H. Ja-Kub Janina Kubasik NIP: 6251070892 REGON: 241254863 located in Dąbrowa Górnicza ul. Staszica 6 hereinafter referred to as Store.
    2. Customer may be an adult person or company.
    3. Before placing an order in Store, the customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions
    4. For each product sold VAT invoice is issued, which is acting as proof of purchase.
    5. Ozonizer.pl Shop reserves the right to change prices of goods that are on offer without notice. Price change does not apply to orders accepted for execution.
  2. Placing orders
    1. By placing an order should be understood filling the order form located on the website and sending it to Ozonizer.pl.
    2. Prices of goods in the Store offer  are denominated in Polish currency and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs.
    3. The customer has the right to change the order until delivery of the order for execution by the Store. For this purpose, the Buyer is obliged to contact via email and / or telephone with the Store.
    4. Store reserves the right to refuse an order placed by the Customer, who had not received the ordered products, did not regulate charges for products ordered on time or when the authenticity the order raises a reasonable doubt..
  3. Confirmation and verification orders
    1. A condition of the contract is to provide accurate data, especially a phone number, e-mail address. Each properly submitted request is confirmed automatically by electronic mail sent to the Customer.
    2. If there is no order confirmation via e-mail, you should contact the service of Ozonizer.pl to determine the cause of the lack of your order confirmation email.
    3. Orders are verified by e-mail or phone. Orders which can not be verified will not be realized.
    4. Customers will be notified about order status changes via e-mail.
  4. Delivery of ordered products
    1. Delivery time is given for each available product. That period is usually from 2 to 14 working days. You must also add, however, the time needed to deliver package to the indicated recipient address.
    2. If the goods ordered have different processing times, shipment occurs when the total completion of the contract. In this way we avoid unnecessary proliferation of commodity shipping costs.
    3. In case of unavailability of some assortment covered by the order Customer will be informed about the state of the order and decide on the manner of its realization (partial realization, cancel the whole order, waiting time).
    4. To provide its customers fast and secure delivery of ordered goods on the Polish territory shop Ozonizer.pl arrange delivery via courier company.
    5. Order value is increased by an amount corresponding to the selected mode of delivery and customer payments. Every time shipping costs are shown during the checkout in the Store.
    6. The costs of sending the goods abroad are checked for each order separately and subject to negotiations. In the case of foreign orders we are accepting only payment in advance by bank transfer.
    7. On the day of shipment customer will receive an e-mail informing on the assignment of goods ordered, including if possible, the bill of lading number.
  5. Payments
    1. Ozonizer.pl Shop offers its customers the following payment methods:
      1. advance payment bank transfer to the account for orders of any amount:

      2. courier on delivery for domestic orders of up to PLN 5.000,
      3. cash - for picks up.
  6. Guarantee and warranty
    1. All products are brand new and covered with warranty for latent defects. Claims under warranty will be considered under the provisions of the Civil Code. If you find a hidden defect, or damage to goods, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone to determine the further course of action. The basis for the claim is proof the purchase.
    2. Please check your package in the presence of the courier when received. If for any reason your goods, or the packaging, arrive damaged you must ensure the damage is noted by the courier, and advise us in writing within 48 hours. We will advise you of what to do to get the goods back to us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible, once we have received the goods back from you or once the courier has confirmed any breakages.
      Note! Reception of the package by the client without any objections will terminate claims for loss of mechanical damage. The moment of receipt is the moment when you can note the damage with help of the courier otherwise if not then the possibility of the claim will be closed.
    1. If the product contains a defect, the cost of its return to the store under the claim by the Client routed through the traditional way by the Polish Post are covered by the Store. Reported product defect is audited by Store Services for the cause of its creation and exclusion in this respect the customer's fault.
    2. Shop shall notify the Client by mail or telephone claim to the e-mail address provided by Customer.
    3. Placing a claim shall be made by mail or telephone. After prior agreement of the conditions of the claim package should be sent to the address of the Store
    4. Product under complaint should be returned to the store, along with its original packaging. We do not accept any packages returned as cash on delivery.
    5. If it is found during the procedure an unjustified complaint referenced to unaffected product, Store will charge the Customer of costs of investigation and shipment.
  7. Returns of goods
    1. According to the Act of 2 March 2002 Dz.U.00.22.271 the protection of consumer rights - the Customer, being a private person who has purchased goods outside of business premises the company has the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 10 days from the date of receiving consignment. Returned in this mode, the goods will be accepted only as and when returned in original, undamaged box, with complete contents and the product itself and the accessories are intact, and will not bear any traces of use.
    2. Return of goods must be agreed by e-mail or telephone. Arranged in advance, the package should be sent to the address of the Store
    3. If the goods meet specified in paragraph 1 requirements the corrective invoice is issued. The original and a copy will be sent to the customer by mail. Customer should send a signed copy of the the corrective invoice, and after receiving it, within 7 working days, Store shall refund the money to an account of customer.
    4. Customer shall return the goods at its own cost. Store returns only the price of the product without shipping costs. We do not accept returned items as cash on delivery.
  8. Final provisions
    1. Clients' personal information is protected under the Privacy Policy Store. All personal data collected by the store will be used only to carry out orders placed electronically. They will not be available for any purpose in particular for cooperating companies, including marketing.
    2. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and Law on the Protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products of 31 marca 2000 r. Dz.U. nr 22 poz.271.
    3. Ozonizer.pl Service reserves the right to change this rules without prior notice.
